1. Your agreement with IPN

Insurance Pro Network (IPN) is operated by ConservaTex, LLC. These Terms govern your use of IPN's website and related software. This version applies when you affirmatively accept it. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. When accepting for a business, you confirm that authority. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information; acknowledging that notice is not consent to marketing or to every use of personal information.

2. What IPN provides

IPN provides professional directory, claim and project documentation, photos, file sharing, inspection checklists, reporting, collaboration and referral tools. IPN is a software provider, not your insurer, public adjuster, contractor, attorney, appraiser or umpire. Using IPN does not create any of those professional relationships or authorize anyone to negotiate a claim.

You remain responsible for professional licensing, contracts, client authorization, impartiality, conflicts of interest, deadlines, estimates, measurements and the accuracy of submitted or exported information. Verify reports, reminders, license listings and other outputs before relying on them. IPN does not guarantee claim coverage, payment, settlement, code compliance, lead availability or income. A directory listing, verification indicator or referral is not an endorsement or a guarantee of competence or current licensure.

3. Accounts, firms and permissions

Provide accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share personal accounts. Firm owners manage membership and billing. Before assigning a file to a firm or inviting a collaborator, check the resulting access permissions. You are responsible for granting access only to authorized people and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

Account access is personal. A complimentary demo grant is not transferable and does not authorize you to sell access or extend free coverage beyond the permissions shown in IPN. We may suspend access to investigate misuse or protect people, data or the service; where practical, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

4. Your information and uploads

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant ConservaTex a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, copy, process, format, display and transmit that content to operate, secure and support IPN and to carry out your sharing and export instructions. This does not transfer ownership of your files to us.

Only upload information you are authorized to use and share. Obtain any required client permissions and location or recording consents. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, health records and credentials. Photos may include capture time, device and location metadata. Review those details and the recipients before sharing. Downloaded reports and files can remain with their recipients after you revoke access; IPN cannot retrieve those copies.

5. Acceptable use and professional conduct

Do not use IPN for fraud, false evidence, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, infringement, malicious software or unauthorized access. Do not scrape member information for unsolicited bulk messaging, sell personal information obtained through IPN, bypass access controls, test security without authorization or disrupt the service. Do not use referrals or payments to evade licensing rules, fee restrictions or an impartial professional's independence. Report suspected abuse to the contact below.

6. IPN ownership and permitted use

As between you and ConservaTex, ConservaTex and its licensors retain their respective rights in IPN's software, original interface artwork and text, documentation, branding and other materials they provide. Access is a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use IPN for your authorized business purposes under these Terms and your account permissions. No ownership of the platform is transferred. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. This provision does not claim ownership of your uploads, general ideas, facts, independently developed work or third-party materials.

Except for normal authorized use, sharing and export through IPN, our written permission, or rights that applicable law or an applicable open-source license does not allow us to restrict, do not copy, distribute, resell, modify or create derivative works of IPN software or protected materials, remove proprietary notices, or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive its source code. This does not restrict ordinary use or sharing of your own photos, claim files and exported reports. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

IPN names and logos may not be used to mislead people about sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement. These Terms do not restrict truthful references to IPN, lawful comparative discussion, legally protected reviews, fair use or other mandatory rights. No trademark registration or patent protection is represented by this provision.

If you voluntarily send suggestions about IPN, you grant ConservaTex a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate those suggestions to improve and provide IPN, and to permit our providers to do so for us, without compensation or attribution. You retain your ownership. This permission covers only feedback you are authorized to provide; it does not cover your client files, personal information, third-party secrets or separately agreed confidential material. Do not send such material as product feedback.

Public website participation does not create a confidentiality obligation about publicly available features. Before we provide specifically identified nonpublic previews, we may offer a separate Private Beta Agreement for your express acceptance. That agreement applies only to its defined scope and does not retroactively make public information secret. Accepting these Terms alone is not acceptance of a separate beta agreement.

7. Free access, trials and complimentary demos

A directory profile and invited claim collaboration are free. IPN Pro supports starting new claims and projects for a subscribed business. Pro offers an eligible owner a 14-day trial with no card required. A trial begins only when the owner selects Start free trial; creating an account or firm does not start it. A trial never converts to a paid subscription automatically. After it ends, an owner must explicitly subscribe to begin paid service.

Complimentary demo access requires no subscription or card while the grant is active. Its scope and any expiry appear in the account. We may change or end a complimentary grant with notice, but will not convert it into paid service or charge you without an explicit subscription. If a trial, complimentary grant or paid subscription ends, existing authorized files and invited collaboration remain available under the free service; starting new claims or projects may require a new active plan. These access rules do not override a suspension for misuse or a service shutdown.

8. Paid Pro subscription and cancellation

IPN Pro costs $79 USD per business per month. Invited claim collaborators are included; this plan has no per-seat charge. The checkout order summary states the amount due. By separately authorizing paid checkout and completing payment, the firm owner authorizes an initial monthly charge and recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Stripe processes payments. Merely accepting these Terms or starting the no-card trial does not authorize charges.

Cancel future renewals at any time through Plan & billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with Pro access continuing through that period. You can open Manage billing without accepting a later version of these Terms. If the portal is unavailable, email ceo@conservatex.net from your account email with the business name and cancellation request; we will use the date we receive the request when resolving any intervening renewal. Do not send card details by email.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to a refund for an error or service issue, paid periods are nonrefundable and we do not prorate partial months. Contact us promptly about a duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge so we can investigate. A failed payment can pause the ability to start new claims or projects; it does not erase existing files. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a subscription price increase and state when it would take effect, allowing cancellation before it applies. We will not retroactively increase an already paid period.

9. Availability, backups and third parties

IPN depends on hosting, authentication, storage, email, mapping and payment providers. Outages, delayed delivery and inaccurate third-party information can occur. Keep independent copies of important evidence and verify that uploads have finished, particularly when working offline. Notifications and reminders are conveniences, not a substitute for tracking your own deadlines. Third-party websites and services linked from IPN have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may improve, change or retire features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export available files where practical. We do not promise indefinite storage or uninterrupted availability.

10. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPN is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or noninfringement. We do not warrant the acts, work or advice of other members. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, neither you nor ConservaTex is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities. ConservaTex's total liability arising from IPN is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid ConservaTex for IPN in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You remain responsible for the direct consequences of your unauthorized sharing, unlawful content or misuse; these Terms do not make you responsible for ConservaTex's own misconduct.

11. Ending access, requests and disputes

You may stop using IPN and request account closure by emailing ceo@conservatex.net. Cancel any subscription separately through Manage billing, or include an explicit cancellation request with your closure request. A firm with an active subscription must cancel it or transfer ownership to another authorized owner before the last owner's account can be removed. We will verify identity and authority before releasing or deleting information. Shared business records, copies held by others, billing records and legally required records may need separate handling, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Contact ConservaTex first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Texas law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without removing mandatory rights under the law that applies to you. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim that applicable law protects. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

12. Changes and contact

We publish a dated version of each revised Terms and Privacy notice. Material Terms changes require a new affirmative acceptance for new claims, projects, trials or paid checkout; we do not infer acceptance from an old account or a free demo grant. You can continue accessing existing authorized files and managing cancellation while reviewing changes. Separate permissions, such as optional SMS or marketing choices, are not granted by accepting these Terms. Contact the operator, ConservaTex, LLC, at ceo@conservatex.net for support, legal notices, privacy requests, billing or complaints.
